The mastermind behind Sigil finally makes herself known, only to add more catches to the already twisted world she has come to control. Meet Esha. Sweet, sadistic, and easily bored – she is all of these things. But aside from this she is a corrupt soul with the power to make anyone’s wish or deepest desire to become a reality – well, for a price of course. The price varies on the customer and, depending on what kind of mood the wish weaver is in it can range from something as inadequate as a beautiful shell or, something more precious, like the customer’s sanity. The payment won't last long though and whatever's been taken away will be returned in a week's time. She doesn't want to make her playthings too unhappy. Residing somewhere deep within Sigil’s haunted forest her location is unknown and constantly changing. She will, however, from time to time, let herself be found, but to avoid the immanent death many probably would bring her it is impossible to find her little wooden cottage in the woods without her wishing it to be so. Watching over the world through one of her many looking glasses, Esha’s tiny cottage is filled with mirrors of varying shapes and sizes – the tools she uses to capture the souls of those from other worlds and bring them to hers. Her objective? Entertainment and sustenance. Having forgotten the reason of her existence long ago and unable to form a lasting relationship she watches those who she’s captured from afar. After all, if she can’t have one herself she can at least have the relationships of others to watch and muse over. Hey, it’s the most fun she’s had in eons. |
